"Last week I caught a 25 pound king salmon on the Sitka Sound. When our charter boat arrived back at the dock, I entrusted my catch to your company. I was told that my salmon would arrive on my doorstep on Tuesday, July 25th. Monday, I received a call from your representative advising me that the processed fish would one day late due to some FedEx bumps and would arrive on Wednesday. Today, it arrived, ice cold, processed, and in individual packets ready for my grill.

This is not a complaint. quite the contrary, I want you to know how much I appreciate your customer service. You could have just as easily allowed my order to arrive a day late without notifying me but you DID notify me at your expense. You alerted me to the change. Folks, that is TRUE customer service and I want you to know how much I appreciate it.

Customer service is something that seems to go by the wayside these days. You've proven it still exists and I believe you deserve praise for it.

My family and I can't wait to enjoy my Alaska catch. I just want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Absolute Fresh Seafoods for keeping me appraised of the delivery schedule.

You truly exemplify the phrase 'customer service'."

"Thank you again to you and your crew for doing a great job packing up our salmon - it made it home to our freezer just fine - and for the ride to the airport. The reason that I am writing is that I realized after I got onto the plane for the ride home that in all the commotion of getting our bags and our daughter out of the truck I never gave Nicole a 'thank you' for the ride. Could you make sure that she gets the enclosed as an appreciation of the ride to the airport and tell her thank you again.

"Greetings from Florida where it's hot and sunny but where there's nothing as fresh as Pacific troll-caught King Salmon! Thank you for taking care of us as we entered your store to purchase salmon to take back home. You not only suggested the King, but also the smoked King, smoked halibut and then threw in a couple of peppered Coho to compliment the mix. Well, not only did they all survive the trip as we packed them in ice with the gel-pack at the hotel then transferred them to our carry-on to arrive Sunday but we just had them this evening and they tasted as fresh as the one I caught. Now that's some good fish!

[My husband] and I had the best time visiting the wonderful state of Alaska and were blessed to see it up close and personal being on board a private vessel that could enter nooks and crannies for a taste of the wonder of the wild. Thanks you for your kindness and generous helping of Alaskan salmon. There's nothing like it and we're proud bumper sticker owners that state: 'Friends don't let friends eat farmed fish'!"

"I cannot thank you enough for the great job of getting my order together and getting it shipped and packaged properly. My father-in-law picked it up at the airport and drove six hours to the remote wedding spot where we prepped it and put it on the BBQ. Four hundred people went through the food line and we had rave reviews on the fish. It was intended as a side dish but it was definitely the talk of the evening. You sure made it easy and did a great job doing it. Thanks for being a part of a great memory. PS, thanks for my 'little extra gift'. I'm saving it for my Labor Day BBQ. "I was in Sitka about 2 weeks ago and brought you about 80 pounds of salmon, which you guys filleted and sent to my house in California. 

It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! The Salmon is incredible (better than anything I've ever eaten) and the fillets are gorgeous. It will take a while to go through it, but we will be ordering from you again. I haven't tried the Halibut yet, but it also looks great.  In fact, a few friends of mine would like to get in on my order so when I place it, it should be a pretty big one.

I don't think we'll ever be getting our fish from anyone else. Thanks again!"
